1. Who sells

The shop is run by Guillaume Bernos, sole trader (micro-entrepreneur) registered in France under SIREN 902 745 686, at 34 Rue des Mouettes, 64200 Biarritz, France. Contact: contact@surf-map.com.

VAT is not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

2. The products

Each tee is a Comfort Colors 1717 cotton shirt printed to order with the nautical chart of a surf break. Printing is done by production partners in Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada or Japan, depending on the delivery address.

Colours on screen are indicative. Garment dyed cotton varies slightly from one batch to the next, which is part of its character.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of the delivery country and include everything except shipping. Shipping is displayed before payment and depends on the destination and the number of items.

Orders shipped from outside your customs area may be subject to import duties collected by the carrier. Orders delivered in the European Union are printed in the European Union, so no duty applies.

4. Ordering and payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or the local payment methods offered at checkout. We never see your card details.

You receive a confirmation email with an order number and a link to follow the order. The contract is formed when that confirmation is sent.

5. Production and delivery

Printing takes 2 to 5 working days. Delivery takes about 5 to 10 working days in total, longer for remote areas. A tracking link is sent by email when the parcel leaves.

Please check the delivery address before paying. A parcel returned because of a wrong or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.

6. Right of withdrawal

Each shirt is printed specifically for your order. Under article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, goods made to the consumer's specifications are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Please choose the size carefully with the size guide on the product page.

7. Something wrong with your tee

If the shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, write to contact@surf-map.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We reprint the shirt or refund it, your choice, at no cost to you.

Legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply as provided by French law.

8. Personal data

Your name, address and email are used to produce, ship and follow your order. They are shared with Stripe (payment) and with the production partner that prints and ships the shirt, and kept for the time required by accounting rules. If you came from one of our ads and accepted the advertising cookies, Meta also receives the order amount and a coded copy of your email and address, to measure that ad. 9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If we cannot settle a disagreement together, you may refer it to a consumer mediator, whose details we send on request.
