Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SurfMap mobile application and services. By downloading, accessing, or using SurfMap, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use SurfMap.
• You agree to use SurfMap only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription (weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime).
• Payments are processed through Google Play Billing or App Store In-App Purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or App Store account settings.

3. Refunds

Refunds follow Google Play and App Store policies. The service does not process refunds directly.

4. Forecast Accuracy & Disclaimer

• Surf forecasts are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.
• You acknowledge that surfing involves risks and agree to take full responsibility for your safety.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, forecasts, text, images, and branding in SurfMap are owned by the service or licensed to it. You may not copy, distribute, or modify without permission.

6. Termination

The service may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using SurfMap anytime by uninstalling the app and canceling your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of SurfMap.

8. Changes to These Terms

The service may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted in-app and on the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of laws.
